Delivery & Cancellation

• Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown before checkout.
• Orders are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after purchase, unless a longer period is agreed.
• Collection may be available from selected stores, warehouses or authorised collection points. Collection instructions will be provided where applicable.
• For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you appoint, receive them.
• Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If you notice visible transport damage, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the parcel, packaging and product where possible.
• You may request cancellation before the order has been processed, packed or dispatched.
• If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return or withdrawal process will apply.
• If a parcel is refused without a valid reason, we may cancel the order once it is returned and deduct lawful return costs where applicable.
